Our offer:
Why Collegium Civitas?
• Unique degree programmes. We offer a wide range of
degree courses at different levels (undergraduate, graduate, PhD): complete
degree programmes in English, Polish as well as bilingual ones that
fulfill the strict requirements of the modern market. Interdisciplinary
approach and non-departmental university structure allow our students
to adapt the wide range of courses they have on offer to their individual
needs and to a big extent shape an individual programme of studies.
• State accreditations by the Polish Accreditation Commission
and the University Accreditation Commission at the Conference of rectors
of Polish Universities. Top placement in Polish university rankings.
• Outstanding academic faculty. We are not a mass university
and the quality of instruction is our highest priority. For this reason
our students can enjoy lectures and classes with the most prominent
and renowned scholars and professors of the Polish Academy of Science:
distinguished sociologists, political scientists, experts on International
Relations, historians and philosophers. Among lecturers of Collegium
Civitas there are also practitioners with profound personal experience
in diplomacy, public administration, international organizations and
the media: former ambassadors of the Republic of Poland, former Vice-President
of the Parliament of the European Union Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, MPs and
former MPs of the European Parliament, judge of the Constitutional Court
Wiesław Johann, famous Polish journalists, editors and others.
• Unique atmosphere. Collegium Civitas is a relatively
small and cozy university, with warm and intimate atmosphere. Classes
are held in small groups where teachers have an opportunity to establish
personal relations with students and treat each of them individually.
We are pleased to welcome students from nearly 40 countries from all
over the world! Collegium Civitas is the place where one can plunge
into truly international atmosphere!
• Minimum bureaucracy. Individual approach. We do our
best to help our students cope with different kinds of problems they
can come across being in a foreign country. This range comes from accommodation
and formalities up to everyday difficulties.
• Wide network of international cooperation. We offer
a lot of international student exchange programmes (including those
providing scholarships irrespective of the citizenship), opportunity
of studies, practices and internships in over 60 partner universities
and organizations worldwide!
• Excellent career and professional development opportunities.
Prestigious status of the university, quality of instruction, wide opportunities
of studies and internships abroad, generous choice of professional trainings
– this is what helps our graduates feel secure on the job market.
• Foreign languages as a part of studies. Collegium
Civitas students are obliged to study the chosen foreign languages within
their academic course (the costs are included in the tuition, the number
of foreign languages depends on the academic level and programme).
• Advantageous university location. Collegium Civitas
is situated in the very centre of Warsaw, the capital of Poland, in
the famous Palace of Culture and Science. Studying here you are always
in the thick of the events!
• Affordable tuition and living costs. The status of
a non-profit organization allows us to maintain the tuition fees at
a relatively low level. Compared to other European capitals, living
costs in Warsaw are among the most reasonable.
We will be delighted to see you among our students!
